Analysis, Notification, and Alert Service

SANA (Analysis, Notification, and Alert Service) is a complete real-time information system designed to fully meet the data protection needs of professionals and businesses alike.

SANA was designed by the Hispasec Sistemas team of specialists, who have extensive and proven experience in this sector. It provides information on data protection, customized according to each client's profile. Thus, SANA users will receive real-time information about new computer vulnerabilities that may affect their systems, as well as preventive measures and/or patches to correct them.

Our staff at Hispasec Sistemas will regularly publish checklists, analyses, technical reports and a wide range of documentation on the computer platforms covered by SANA membership. Finally, this process comes full circle with the daily compilation and notification of news, articles, and reports on the data protection sector that match our clients' profiles and interests.

Features of SANA Service

Upon subscribing to SANA, our clients will gain access to the following:

Daily e-mails, one for every alert. These messages are fully customized. Only news relevant to the client?s profile would be received. Alert monitoring and notification take place in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customization ensures that only specific, properly qualified, high quality information is received.
Monthly summary message, with a monthly history of alerts matching the client?s profile.
Access to a web interface where the latest vulnerabilities, status of viruses and their spread, and news on the data security sector can be looked up. Moreover, through this interface, our clients can check historical data, perform advanced searches by product(s), obtain analysis stats and graphs, and access a wide variety of additional information resources. Notification services can be configured in this interface: different e-mail addresses can be designated to receive our alerts, and different cell phone numbers can be indicated for notification of the most critical alerts. This enables our clients to respond efficiently to serious events by assigning responsibilities for different alerts (especially useful when several people are involved in security).
